Protecting Yourself from Job Scams While we are actively growing our team, there is the potential for job scammers pretending to work at Lyterian Therapeutics. Here are some tips to protect yourself from those types of scams: 🔴 Lyterian will never ask for money or fees at any point during the interview process. 🔴 Lyterian never asks applicants to communicate through Telegram or Skype. 🔴 Our first interviews are through Zoom or phone call, and never rely on text interviews. 🔴 Lyterian will only email you from an official @lyterian.com or @thecolumngroup.com email account. Our applicant tracking system, Lever, may also send some confirmation or notification emails, but you should not expect messages from any other sources. 🔴 Lyterian has no remote or work-from-home opportunities at this time.

As a job seeker, have you ever felt inundated with repetitive emails from multiple third parties about the same job opening? It can be frustrating and leave a negative impression. My dear friend recently shared a similar experience with **Bristol Myers Squibb (#BMS)** and we explored some possible reasons why this might be happening. One reason is that BMS may engage with various recruitment agencies, headhunters, and vendors to find suitable candidates. These third parties often have access to the same job listings and may not coordinate their outreach effectively. As a result, candidates end up receiving similar emails from different sources. Another possible reason is that BMS might intentionally cast a wide net to ensure maximum visibility for their job openings. By sharing the same role with multiple third parties, they increase the chances of reaching potential candidates. Unfortunately, this approach can lead to redundancy and annoyance for candidates like yourself. Sometimes, internal communication within large organizations isn't seamless. Different teams or departments at BMS may independently engage with external recruiters without realizing that the same role is being shared repeatedly. This lack of coordination can result in the spammy experience you're facing. Recruitment agencies often work based on performance metrics and targets. They aim to submit a certain number of candidates for each job opening. If BMS sets aggressive targets, these agencies might flood the market with job postings to meet their goals, inadvertently causing inbox overload for candidates. Many recruitment processes involve automated systems that distribute job listings to various channels. If BMS uses such systems, it's possible that the same job opening gets disseminated widely without manual oversight. BMS competes with other companies for top talent. By sharing job openings with multiple third parties, they hope to attract candidates who might not directly visit their careers page. However, this strategy can backfire if it overwhelms potential applicants. https://lnkd.in/ghjAXntx Conversation with Bing 2/20/2023

The biggest scam on LinkedIn:🔴 I am hiring for multiple positions. "Like this post and I will review your profile" "Share your email and phone number and we will contact you" "Comment interested below and I will review your profile" Please understand no recruiter or a talent acquisition professional will ever hire talent in such an unprofessional manner. They are only creating a database out of your responses and also increasing their visibility, nothing else. These so called jobs don't exist at all. <Have you ever wondered if a job is real or a fake? Save your precious time and energy by being on the lookout for these warning signs that something is wrong.> #medicalcoding #aapc #uaejobseekers #medicalbilling #hiringalerts

Achieving EBITDA goals for Private Equity firms by accelerating and optimizing revenue growth strategies for their portfolio companies.
Why Hiring a Fractional CRO is Easier and More Efficient than hiring a Permanent CRO. Hiring a permanent CRO can take months. And it's more than just about their talents. The company needs to evaluate if the candidate is a cultural fit and what can they bring to the table. And if things don't work out... There's a whole other legal process which can also be a lengthly process. Hiring a fractional CRO is much easier because they are coming in with a specific skillset and expertise your need right now and can hit the ground running. You can easily plug in a fractional CRO for specific projects, you just pay them a fee and off they go.
