Ten years at Lyko, how cool is that?!🩷 Their unwavering commitment has surely been instrumental in our success, and it continues to be. Each of these individuals has played an important role in our journey, contributing their skills, expertise, and passion to building Lyko into what it is today🚀 During our celebration, we took the time to reflect on the memories shared, milestones achieved, and of course prep for their flag that will be up in the warehouse from now on😎

Celebrating Wellness weeks at Lyko! 🌟 Yesterday, we held our final 5k LykoRun event across Europe, wrapping up an entire month of wellness weeks. Together with our partner Sprintcrowd, we managed to host a generous program that challenged each other across northern Europe with various activities. 🌍💪 Here are some amazing stats from our Wellness Weeks: 🏋️♀️ 4,493 workout sessions amounting to 261,289 minutes of training – wow! 🏃♂️ 19,735 KM covered, which equals 33 times back and forth from Vansbro to Stockholm. 🌳 522 trees planted and 13,050 Kg of plastic was cleaned up with Sprintcrowd. Huge! As one Lyko employee expressed: "I really want to give a shoutout to Wellness Weeks as a brilliant example of how we can strengthen and build internal relationships that will benefit us in the business moving forward. Wellness Weeks have given us the chance to connect and meet." During these weeks, we explored everything in the wellness category: 💡 A lecture on sexual wellness – being one of the most viewed sessions. 🕺 Movement activities such as line dance, indoor running, CrossFit, a fire drill, and many individual workouts. 🗣️ Lectures on how to connect with others and stay strong and healthy with physical work. 🍒 And as the cherry on top, "The Health Enigma" by Anders Wallensten. Additionally, RLVNT Distribution showcased their innovative wellness products, we enjoyed superfoods fika bites from naima, and Caroline Erfass held an amazing mindfulness session in the Stockholm office🧘♀️ A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make these weeks a success! Together, we are building a healthier and happier workplace❤️

Lyko launches Lyko AI in our app As of today, our AI assistant is here to guide all Lyko's App users through our beauty universe of more than 72 000 products. The user starts a conversation with the Ai assistant and receives personalized recommendations regarding products and routines based on their needs and preferences. Lyko Ai asks follow-up questions to calibrate the recommendation, which is then generated based on data from Lyko's entire product range, Lyko Magazine and GPT-4 from Open Ai. Lyko Ai has been trained to communicate like our popular customer service colleagues and can utilize the customer's purchase history as well as add products to the cart. "This is the biggest transformation since we established the company in 2008. A customer in need of shampoo often struggles to choose one from an online range of over 2 000 types of shampoo – and a visit to lyko.com is unlikely to result in a purchase. Unlike in stores, where staff can guide the customer based on needs and preferences, which often leads to a purchase. Online, the search functions are limited and it is difficult to filter all products. Lyko Ai will change the way users interact with our online platform and our product range. This will hopefully lead to customers finding new and exciting products and categories. A pro tip is to talk to Lyko Ai instead of writing" says Rickard Lyko, CEO and founder of Lyko. This is the first version of Lyko Ai and just the beginning. Users can provide feedback on the recommendations they receive, which will be used to refine the technology and add even more information to the Ai tool in the future.
