In fact, this day is very important, so we also took advantage of it to convert the FF.. And there is our benefit for the future:: First ((employees)) - Their distinct feeling that the company is respected them as a family, with respect for their customs and cultures.. ((This increases their productivity in the future, as well as a feeling of stability and reduces attrition)). Second ((customers)) - Attracting them to our brand, making them feel the friendliness, cooperation and closeness of the staff. -Marketing the brand to customers who do not know about us. ((Come back to us again in the future, like when seeing our new products to think about coming back at the time of salaries,)).. 🔴 The billionaire Issa brothers are trialling a four-day week at Asda as they seek to stamp out a revolt among disgruntled store managers, The Telegraph can reveal. The #British #supermarket giant is attempting to rebuild relations with senior #employees after a barrage of cost cuts and concerns over culture have led to managers “leaving in their droves”. A presentation released late last year revealed details of Asda’s “leadership structure trial”, as #management raised concerns over a 13.9pc jump in turnover among #retail managers in 2022. It said the rate of attrition has “impacted the stability and capability of our #teams in store which in turn has impacted the colleague experience and by extension our #customers”. Asda said in the presentation it is pursuing a “case for change” among store managers, with the four-day week trial set to be concluded later this month, which will also include experimenting with other #flexible working arrangements, such as shorter #shifts. Most companies can take a lesson from Costco. • Membership fees have not increased since 2017. • Started in 1983, this is only their 3rd CEO. • Their value on employee longevity is to especially be noted. They value and develop their employees, empowering them to succeed. The new CEO started as a fork truck driver. He’s worked in about every area of the business, which provides a corporate knowledge that just isn’t there in companies that hire from outside or, worse yet, utilize RIFs to eliminate their more experienced, higher paid staff. https://lnkd.in/gRnNMEsN

What do Salesforce, Johnson & Johnson Costco Wholesale and Southwest Airlines all have in common? Good question. They are the top 4 companies in a really important category. Employee satisfaction. Companies struggle to find good staff, and when they do finally find them, it's only a matter of time before another company is willing to pay them more. So whats is their secret? What's the secret sauce? They pay well, but not the best. So how do they do it? Well, Listen closely, they care. Caring doesnt ALWAYS mean more money, its nice, but not definitive. They have developed a culture of caring for their staff, and it shows. They consistently invest in the betterment of the lives of their people. The goal of these companies is to present the best versions of themselves, and it works. Helping your people become the best at what they do is a hard thing, but in the long run its worth it. Cheers.
