Hand Ups, Not Hand Outs There are currently 45,000 veteran non-profits. While the collective effort of these organizations and their commitment to giving back is commendable, we need to rethink our approach to alleviating the epidemic of veteran suicide, homelessness, and joblessness. In the military, service members undergo an indoctrination program that provides them with identity, community, and purpose. However, after years of this structured environment, their identity is abruptly stripped away upon discharge, leaving them to navigate the civilian world with little support. Our current collective response often involves medication to combat depression, pity for the perceived brokenness of veterans, and a multitude of non-profits offering one-time experiences and handouts. What veterans truly need post-service is a hand up, not a handout. They require purpose and assistance in assimilating into civilian life. This means providing education, job placement, community, and a renewed sense of drive and purpose. I'm a firm believer that education is the greatest opportunity we can provide a Veteran if we want to ensure success. There’s a lot of negativity surrounding our nation. But I can confidently say this nation has brought me more opportunity, more success, more happiness and more freedom than I could ever dream of. Happy birthday America.

We've spent a lot of time recently refining our hunting look for customers. This last shoot was hands down our most comprehensive hunting shoot so far and the imagery we turned out to the customers involved was great.
