It is a critical time for our planet as the population is growing, and it is becoming increasingly complex to meet the world’s food demands without completely depleting our resources. It is time to break through our current approach to agriculture and find more sustainable food production methods.
On SeeChange Initiative Session Day 2, my co-panelists Jullian Portilla, Lejiy Gafour, and Clair Purcell and I will be discussing “A Shared Vision For A Sustainable Food System.” During this conversation, we’ll tackle:
➡️How regenerative agriculture and cellular agriculture can contribute to a more sustainable approach to food production.
➡️How the conventional and alternative-meat industries need not be at odds with one another. Omeat’s unique approach is positioned to work in tandem with conventional agriculture, providing a collective bridge to a more sustainable future for supplying meat.
➡️How we need to work together to make our shared vision of sustainable food a reality.
I’m looking forward to joining my co-panelists at Hula on Thursday, September 14th, for this necessary and impactful conversation.
It was a pleasure to have you involved, Juliana! Thank you so much for opening the summit with your welcome address.
