The recruitment industry is a busy, fast moving one, not only are there lots of clients out there that are going to need your services but there are also lots of other recruitment agencies out there who are also trying to secure the same clients. It is this quick movement (as well as the necessity to get it right) that means your recruitment agency should have (at least) 6 monthly marketing reviews. But why is this? What possible benefits are there to taking the time to review your current marketing approaches and consider whether or not there may be a better option out there for you? 🥳 You are giving yourself a better chance of success - Once you have compared how well you are performing against your goals and looked at what you may need to improve, you can start to consider what you are going to change. Today is the last day to take the 2023 Developer Relations survey and we'd appreciate your feedback @ https://lnkd.in/gpGq8NUs Let me take a brief moment to tell you, from my perspective, why this annual survey data is so important to our industry and how it can be used: * As a hiring manager I use the compensation and regional data to help build competitive and fair hiring packages for our team, as well as ensuring current team members are still being fairly paid. * The job title and program data helps me keep an eye on changing trends in the industry that I may be able to adjust my own programs towards. * Tools and metrics data allows me to keep abreast of the constantly changing services that I may be able to take advantage of as part of my tracking funnel, because building these services from scratch is time consuming. Those are just some of the many ways this data is used in my own world, and I'm sure many of you have your own stories.
