From where I left my MGNF Journey in my last post, I am sharing my series of events and learning from that checkpoint…… My journey is still revolving around learning and earning new and innovative experiences. Each passing day, each interaction, and every event, pushes me to evolve my boundary of understanding.
I can define my MGNF journey into 5 stages
1. Learning
2. Supporting
3. Contributing
4. Leading
5. Impacting
From the beginning to till date, the process of learning is still going and I believe it has left an everlasting impact on my personal and professional life. There was multiple stakeholders that I came across during my fellowship, from handling administrative task to visiting the field, and believe me from the subordinate staff to the highest designated officer there was something that each and every stakeholder taught me and that I will definitely treasure throughout my career. The first phase of my MGNF journey led to the foundation of my rest four phases.
Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is a success, this is what is believed throughout the journey of fellowship. The range of work I was doing in this journey was the main reason behind my growth. Just by sitting with computer operators, upper division clerks, young professionals, district skill officers, and district collectors, I have multiple approaches to completing the task and multiple visions of observing the task.
The beauty of this journey is the exposure, the opportunity to create the network, and the freedom to do experiments. The well-designed course of this fellowship always holds our hand to uplift our ideas and implement them on the ground without any hesitation. The creation of DSDP, analysis of the skill gap survey, and making proposals for the district development gave me a sense of satisfaction and made me intermediate from naïve.
The district officials also understand our potential by providing us with an environment of conducive conditions so that we will come out with a better version of ourselves. One of the examples which gave shaped my understanding is creating the tender document and organizing the event of Tender created a maturity and developed the ability to lead the project and team.
Everything is meaningful until it impacts the right person and leads to creating an ecosystem that is a better place to live in for the needy. Our fellowship is creating that impact by developing an environment of awareness among youth by making them familiar with the variety of skill development schemes and also with the facilities that are accessible and impact positive change in their future. With the solid hope for nourishing my upcoming days with the mission to scale up society with the innovative collaboration of learning, experiencing, and understanding rural India, I cordially present my gratitude to everyone who has helped me to scale up my abilities and encouraged me to become a better human being.
