Stop telling yourself you're not qualified or good enough. Take that job. Try new things. Growth happens when you do the things you need to be qualified to do. 6 months of: ✔️ Consistency ✔️ Cutting out distractions ✔️ Listening to the right advice ✔️ Surrounding yourself with top performers will change your life forever. Growth and change are painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you don't belong. Imposter syndrome is a silent killer. When was the last time YOU were out of your comfort zone?

Pick your pain. Only one of those paths leads towards growth and expansion. To me, it seems inhumane to stay inside of our comfort zone. Think about it, every part of us from our immune system, brain and muscles is created in such a way that: the prerequisite for growth is always pressure or pain.

Let's redefine the narrative around Imposter Syndrome! Instead of perpetuating the notion that we're 'imposters,' what if we acknowledged our collective humanity? Our vulnerabilities, our doubts, and our fears are precisely what connect us. I've come to realize that my own Imposter Syndrome was a manifestation of my deep-seated desire for perfection. But perfection is a myth, and it's suffocating us. Let's embrace our imperfections, celebrate our progress, and support one another in our journeys. Nice one Andrew Lokenauth

Always be brave enough to take the first steps to trying something new, no matter how difficult. For instance, it was a difficult choice to make to start my own business but had I not taken that first step, I wouldn't be on verge of converting a few key clients.

I am an advocate of learning by doing things, there is always a fear of unknown when you are starting on doing something new,but by believing in yourself and taking that risk is always worth it,always listen to your guts and gain that experience.

Qualification doesn't come from a piece of paper alone. Experience is the best teacher there is and so there is no bigger qualification than learning by doing.
