As we celebrate the new Logan’s Luau summer menu, we want to highlight the dedication and talent of our passionate teams who made this launch a success! Each of these teams worked together to bring this menu to your table. Our mouthwatering dishes, like the Mesquite Grilled Sausage Sampler, Hawaiian Strip and Coconut Shrimp Dinner, were developed with care by our expert Chef Luis Haro. These dishes are perfectly complemented by our refreshing summer cocktails, including the Tennessee Whiskey Sour made with Chris Stapleton's Traveler Whiskey - crafted under the guidance of Shannon Hall, our VP of Beverage, and Matthew Poffel, our Director of Beerology. These delicious offerings wouldn't be possible without the dedication of our Marketing Team, including Sr. Director of Marketing Shawn V., Brand Manager Jasmine Stallworth, and our creative Design Team - Abby Scott, Samantha Chapman, Sage Feuerborn, and Meredith Johnson who truly brought this menu to life.
