“I call architecture frozen music.” – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe So do we. Everyone has their favorite and least favorite type of music as well as a type of music that gets them going in the morning, gets them through their workout, or just allows them to relax and let the day melt away. We love bringing your building in tune with your vision and goals. What kind of music can we compose for you, today? #llgarc #llgarchitecture #howcanwehelp #masterpiece

June is the month, 3 years ago, where we transitioned from a Sole Proprietor to a PLLC. Along with that transition, we formed what would become the core values we hold dear today. Everyday we look at our project load, clients, and goals to be sure we are meeting these four core values. They have shaped our conversations and our hopes for the future. As June 2024 comes to a close, we look back and are thankful for the guidance these values have provided and can feel the excitement building for the journey yet to come! What are some core values that have shaped you? #llgarc #llgarchitecture #corevalues #embracingrelationships #fosteringcollaboration #innovationindesign #buildingcommunity #architecture #thankful

We were honored to have the opportunity to sponsor this month's Coffee & Commerce with the Navarre Chamber. This month is Military appreciation month, a subject near and dear to our hearts. Everyone showed their support and appreciation of our hometown heroes by wearing Red, White & Blue! The event was a resounding success, with Guest Speaker Randy Roy, Community Planner & Liaison Officer at Naval Air Station Whiting Field, delivering an enlightening update. Above all, our hearts were filled with gratitude as we honored the Heroes Among Us - our Navarre Chamber Members and Guests who are currently serving or have served in the military, along with their families. Thank you for your service and sacrifice! #llgarc #community #relationship #Navarrechamber #militaryappreciation

Last week was a busy week for our team. As well as meeting several deadlines, our principals attended a Women in Architecture meeting for AIA Northwest Florida. Sarah was given the opportunity to present some of her work with #3dcp homes along with a fascinating line-up of four other accomplished women in the field. Shout out to Tarkett for sponsoring the event! #llgarc #aiacommunity #wia

Our Principal Architect, Sarah Lower, spent Monday in Niceville, FL at the Oakaloosa & Walton Counties Housing Summit. The program spoke about the challenges these coastal counties endure in providing affordable/obtainable housing in the south for the "missing middle" of the population while also maintaining tourism units that provide the economics so many of the local residents depend upon for their income. Sarah was asked to speak on the Developer Panel, from a design standpoint, discussing the challenges developers face in providing the "missing middle" units in the area as well as which government policies work and don't work in promoting affordable housing. It was a fascinating program and lineup of speakers and participants. We are excited to see what results come from it and being a part of how these counties work to solve these big issues!
