We were honored and privileged to be in Washington D.C. last week to host the Capitol Hill briefing on women’s health and performance. As we map out next steps from the event, which was attended by world-leading experts on female high performance from the military, sport, and the health and wellness sector, we will be advocating for: 1. Improved access and education based on current research on female health and performance; 2. Improved collaboration across all branches of the military on the topic of female health and performance; 3. Improved funding for future research on female health and performance using female participants.
