I always have a long to-do list. And this week, I was able to get at least 3 things crossed off. Did I get my whole list done? No. Did I do a couple of the easiest things? Yes. As a manager, you cannot expect your team to produce and act like a high-performing team without honest, forthright communication. It was an Amazing Training Session "From Stage Fright to Stage Delight" in which we learned how to improve our presentation skills, and achieving command on nervousness state of human being due to fear called "Stage Fright", I personally appreciate these type of sessions, for it helps to refresh our minds apart of our daily work routine.
