Lots of upheaval in the journalism industry of late. Lots of journalists out there looking for their next move. As a former journalist myself, I know what it means to translate that skillset over to branded podcasting space. I wrote a blog about it, even... which I will link you to in the comments. But the basic gist is that you should hire a journalist to handle your podcast if you care about things like: · authenticity, · truth-telling, · fact-checking, · audience engagement, · representation, · original story angles. And you SHOULD care about those things – because your audience certainly does!
