Navigating PACE can be complex and challenging, and it requires fine-tuning. Recently, concerns have been raised about the existence of PACE and its implementation. It's evident that some NDIS LACs are struggling to understand their own processes and systems, and it seems easier to blame support coordinators than to admit their lack of knowledge. Rather than throwing support coordinators under the bus, let's work towards clarifying and improving the understanding of PACE. By doing so, we can build capacity and ensure that individuals receive the support they need. It's okay to admit not knowing and go find someone who does.
