After a lot of years saying I couldn't even THINK about going back to school, I'm... well, not going back to school, but I'm really back in learning mode and on some really new topics. Ustedes saben qué yo estoy aprendido español. El semana pasado empecé estudiar el pasado simple. Es lenta pero yo le estoy hacer. Gracias, Duolingo! I'm stepping a little bit outside strictly financial compliance and studying HR compliance through America's Credit Unions CUHRCP program. Super interesting stuff, and it will expand my skill set of things I can assist with at work. And finally, completely unrelated to my real job, I'm staring at diagrams of how blood flows through the heart and planes of movement and overhead squat assessments, because I'm working on my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer designation. Not changing careers, just want to be really actually qualified to informally help people who want to work on their physical fitness- both fitness and helping people are things I really care about. (That is, I'm not changing careers unless I suddenly get really really good at that and Peloton Interactive wants to hire me as an instructor.) I'm always super impressed with those of you who are doing work AND life AND getting a degree. No new degree here, but thanks for being role models and letting me see that it's doable to learn something totally new. This is Duolingo's Vikram, and he'd be proud of me.
Love that you are talented in so many ways 🎉😍
