The big take away from this Article is that as an employer you can help employees find high quality doctors using data and tools which results in better overall outcomes and lower overall costs.   A recent study by Morgan Health reveals a wide quality variance in employee healthcare, despite employers spending $1 trillion annually on it. It found that provider-level quality data can drive significant improvement.
