It’s a big news day for the Eigen team and me. After what has been a long and incredible journey with Eigen since 2015, as of today, Sirion has acquired Eigen Technologies, and we will continue our journey together as one team. I am proud that Eigen’s offices in London and New York will form the core to two new #AI research centres that combine with Sirion’s and Eigen’s AI capabilities. As you all know, unstructured data, specifically billions of documents and contracts that sit in enterprises, is one of the biggest problems that face businesses today.  By combining Eigen’s best in class Document AI and AI governance with Sirion’s category leading #CLM and document workflow capabilities, we are creating an unstoppable natural leader in the contract and document AI world. At Eigen, we pioneered large scale data extraction for complex documents and created the world’s most trusted Document AI engine. Our engineers and data scientists are some of the best in the world in bringing AI into production for large enterprises. Eigen, when integrated with Sirion’s platform, will change the enterprise data landscape as we know it, for the better. I’m excited to be joining Ajay Agrawal in the Sirion journey and deeply believe we will solve the unstructured data problem when no one else has. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the Eigen journey down the years, both past and present, for everything you all have done to build this company. I want to also thank my friends and family, especially my wife Andrea Snavely, for supporting me personally through it all. Thank you for making my last decade a deeply meaningful one. Many great friendships have been made at Eigen and we have an amazing alumni network that is spread out across the US, UK, Europe and beyond. I know that many great teams, founders, and other start-ups have already come out of this group. They know they will always have my and the wider Eigen family’s full support. Like any entrepreneurial journey, it has been an absolutely crazy rollercoaster ride. Regardless of the heartbreaks, sacrifices, and victories we’ve all experienced, it has been my most singular privilege to have been Eigen’s Founder & CEO.
