"Almost two years ago, I joined the Scouts, unsure of what to expect. This journey has enriched my family's dynamics, connected me with my kids through outdoor adventures, and imparted values like community care and leadership. Today, I can confidently say that stepping out of my comfort zone was worth it. I've learned that embracing the unknown opens new doors. Every effort, every shared experience, is an investment in my children's future. 🌄🌿 #ScoutingJourney #FamilyValues #PersonalGrowth #ForOurChildren"

🌟 Motivation Monday with emPOWer, Memorial Day edition 🌟 As we observe Memorial Day today, we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who have given their lives in service to our country. It’s a poignant reminder of the values of bravery, dedication, and selflessness—values that resonate deeply with the vision of emPOWer. “We must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” — Ronald Reagan In the spirit of today, let’s channel our gratitude into action. Let this day inspire us not only to remember and honor but also to embody leadership and compassion in our own communities. Let’s commit to making a difference, however small, to foster a better world—a world these brave individuals fought to protect. Today, as we reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by so many, let us also look forward and ask how we can contribute to the legacy of service and community engagement. How will you make your mark? #emPOWer #Leadership #Opportunities #Knowledge #Community #MemorialDay

Absolutely, I agree. My understanding of world history and politics is very poor. However i have a feeling that after USSR split I felt America as world’s most strongest country. A country which most countries in the world respect and regard. In my view there is a reason for America to be one of the best countries. Its not just the strongest military but also strongest value system of the country. The justice system of the country. The governance of the country. A rock solid system. A citizen of such country should not live in fear. Or the country itself should not have fear. Negative words like fear and mistrust have a dangerous negative impact on the psychology of people. When people of a country are not confident it affects the functioning of the country. So feeding negative words into the system should be stopped. America must become even more stronger. I notice that many organizations the system is not functioning . Those who work in the system are destroying the system which is leading to poor quality outcome. Only by spreading fear amongst people and not doing the right things. Under such conditions people will be fearful and lose faith on the system. The system isn’t working for everyone but it serving the favorites. That is extremely concerning. So as citizens people should not live in fear, because the citizens who contribute with the tax money to make the system. If the system doesn’t function the way it should is a matter of concern. Other matter of concern is American farms are destroyed. American Farm Animals food is more expensive than what they produce. Until there is profit in farm animals no matter the size of farm there will not be a great economy. It’s a simple science, cost of animal products like milk and meat should be higher than the cost of raising the animals. And whatever the farmer makes should be able to run his home no matter which state in America otherwise the economy is a blunder. Has no meaning. An American farmer must be the richest farmer. That’s when it will be true American prosperity. American businesses should be successful businesses no matter the size and type of the company. American families and children should be happiest families and children in the world. American seniors must the most relaxed seniors in the world. American physically challenging should be well taken care. There should be joy and happiness everywhere in America Only president or the government can’t do it all alone without the support of people working with a common mission in keeping America the best country to live in. Our elders have gone. Leaving us alone to deal with the big planet earth and so many people. Managing everything isn’t easy. Unless we are strong inside out. It’s a big responsibility. I feel God is with America because it cares about the world. That’s the DNA of America. That’s why God has blessed America. There is lot of work to be done. So families across America and world are happy.

The White House, Senior Advisor Housing Policy, Domestic Policy Council (Posts are my own not made on behalf of the Biden-Harris administration)
As we honor Dr. King’s legacy at this time, I find inspiration in Dr. King's last Sermon below, held on March 31, 1968, at The Cathedral Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul in the Diocese of Washington, where Dr. King recognizes that justice solutions must recognize the interconnectedness of all communities. Dr. King's message on unity, justice and shared responsibility, is a critical ingredient that must shape all #Climate Solutions. While we come together as a global community to mitigate the #cause of climate change, we need to equally double down on driving climate and environmental justice for frontline communities, in direct harm's way of the #consequences of climate change, for whom Dr. King sacrificed his life. In Dr. King's words: "All of this tells us that our world is a neighborhood. Through our scientific and technological genius, we have made of this world a neighborhood, and yet we have not had the ethical commitment to make up it a brotherhood. But somehow and in some way we’ve got to do this: We must all learn to live together as brothers, or we will all perish together as fools. We are tied together in the single garment of destiny, caught in an inescapable network of mutuality. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly. For some strange reason, I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. And you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be". https://lnkd.in/eJ4cr5eF #Martinlutherkingjr #ClimateJustice #EnvironmentalJustice Full transcript: https://lnkd.in/ejBV_gzQ

On this day, 80 years ago, thousands of brave souls stormed the beaches of Normandy, marking a pivotal moment in World War II. D-Day was a testament to the unparalleled courage and determination of those who risked everything for the greater good. Imagine if we, in our modern corporate environments, possessed just a fraction of the bravery and selflessness demonstrated by those heroes. Picture the impact we could have if we approached our challenges with the same resolve and unwavering commitment. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind, but let's take a moment to reflect on the values that drove the D-Day soldiers: COURAGE(doing the right thing with the risk of dire consequences), teamwork, and a shared vision of a better future. These are not just wartime ideals; they are principles that can transform our workplaces and our world. As we honor the memory of those who fought on D-Day, let's also strive to bring a piece of their courage into our professional lives. Let's lead with integrity, face challenges head-on, and work together toward a common goal. In doing so, we can create a corporate culture that not only achieves success but also makes a meaningful difference. #DDay #Leadership #Courage #Teamwork #CorporateCulture #Inspiration
