We help reinvent private market investments. We’re proud of our progress, but there’s so much more ahead! It’s not just about investing in private stocks. It's about changing the entire private market ecosystem altogether. We focus on financial intermediaries and institutional investors who care about transparency and liquidity, achieved especially through direct secondary transactions. 💡 Picture a future where tech is the engine powering private market transactions, data is the compass guiding decisions, and automation and standardization are the gears driving efficiency. That's the future we’re building at Stableton. For more on what that future looks like, take a look at our Navigator newsletter in the comments below 👇 #PrivateMarket #VentureCapital #InstitutionalInvestors #Technology #Liquidity

I had a wonderful evening hanging with my old friend, Daniel Peris, in support of the launch of his new book, 'The Ownership Dividend: The Coming Paradigm Shift in the US Stock Market.' I have always tried to surround myself with people I know I can trust. It is hard to find those people on Wall Street. Harder still is to find people who can not only win your trust but also make you smarter. Daniel is in the rarified air of checking both boxes. Rarer still is that he is a really good dude. Dividend investing in this age of AI, GLP-1 and whatever other growth-mania comes across the transom may seem out of touch. That was clearly the case over most of the past decade when the world was living in a risk-free bubble that relegated cash generation, and (gasp!) giving it back to shareholders, obsolete. But Daniel explores why he believes that is about to change. It will be interesting to see if he is right. In the very least, Daniel's book should provoke some contrarian debate. I look forward to reading his latest work. And even better, he signed it for me! Rarified air indeed.

Combining indexation with a tax loss harvest strategy wins the day. Off the shelf direct indexing-tax loss harvesting strategies only generate losses when the market is down. Our unique solution designed specifically for family office and high net investors generates consistent monthy losses in up and down markets. We provide market returns while generating substantial losses to offset your taxable gains.
Indexing Is Still the Best Bet for InvestorsHistory shows that even in ‘narrow’ markets, actively managed funds don’t do as well over the long term. http://ow.ly/3X7f104Ve8j

Revolutionizing Corporate Governance - The Shareholder Vote Exchange: Your Vote for Sale In the era of financial and technological disruption, the Shareholder Vote Exchange (SVE Group) emerges as a game-changer, pioneering the world's first marketplace for trading shareholder voting rights. SVE empowers investors by enabling them to monetize their voting power, transforming passive engagement into a lucrative opportunity. For investors, SVE unlocks the value of dormant voting rights, providing a new revenue stream and fostering financial inclusivity. It also caters to activists and corporations, facilitating the acquisition of votes for strategic initiatives, thus enhancing transparency and efficiency in corporate governance. However, the rise of SVE poses challenges for companies contemplating IPOs, as it could lead to increased scrutiny and potential dilution of voting power. To navigate this landscape effectively, companies must rethink traditional approaches to shareholder engagement, embracing transparency and proactive communication. In summary, the Shareholder Vote Exchange represents a paradigm shift in corporate governance, promoting transparency, accountability, and shareholder empowerment. Embracing innovation like SVE will be crucial for driving positive change and shaping the future of corporate governance in the evolving fintech landscape. https://lnkd.in/g9N-6R2B #fintech,#modernbanking,#tokenization, #DigitalPayments, #cloudnative, #payments, #instantpayment, #creditunion, #digitalbank, #money2020, #Regulatorycompliance, #artificialIntelligence, #tdecu, #wellsfargo,#jpmorgan #capitalone
