How would you know if you've achieved success? Look at it like we're in the NFL. If you were to play football, the first goal that someone has is what we call a Hall of Fame goal. This is the big goal. This is legacy. So what is your Hall of Fame goal? "I want to learn how to make money." "I want my business to grow." "I want to be an expert in my field." Remember, those are just means to an end. Think about this. If you were at your funeral and someone's on stage reading your obituary, what would they say about you? This is what your Hall of Fame goal is. What is that thing? Where are you trying to get to? Understand the direction of where you're trying to go. That's when you'll know you're moving towards your goal and achieving success.

A few days ago, I watched my beloved Cleveland Cavaliers make a 22-point comeback to beat the league leading Boston Celtics. Former MVP and NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal, now an analyst on TNT, provided his views on the game as both teams vie for the play-offs and hopefully a championship! When asked to differentiate between a play-off and a championship team, Shaq unequivocally called out "Trust" as the key factor. He referenced his own NBA experience, explaining that elevating a play-off team to a championship team required trusting ALL of your starting teammates to successfully make open shots and do what they are supposed to do. Trust as a key element of outstanding teams is nothing new. We just often need repeated invitations as leaders and teammates to evaluate our approach. Are we trusting our team, or not? If not, why not, and can we address that? Because while trust is the common denominator in the success of many organizations, the lack of it tends to lead to just the opposite. Strong relationships build strong organizations, families, and communities. Relationships are built on trust. Ready to elevate your organization to embrace and employ trust? Glowe can help with this transformation. Reach out to me at stephanie@glowconnective.com to get started.

🏆Congrats to Jacki Mayer for being a "Force for Good" Champion. Lance Miller recently sat down with Jacki to ask a few questions. 1️⃣ HOW IS JACKI CONNECTED WITH CHAMPIONS? Jacki has been a part of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Champions group since its inception in 2022. She has firmly believed in the Force for Good mission and even hosted an off-site event for our Champions. 2️⃣ WHAT DOES JACKI SAY ABOUT CHAMPIONS? "It's a really great way to start the day...They (the Champions group) are good people, and that fuels me... It's an opportunity to find your "tribe" or expand it. 3️⃣ WHAT'S JACKI'S DAY JOB? She is the Executive Director of the Beaver Creek Wetlands Association. For her personally, she wants to make sure the organization has a really strong foundation that they can build on. And she loves it because it is mission-based, which "fuels her soul"! (Spoken like a true Champion) 4️⃣ JACKI, WHAT DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? "I'm a big dreamer. One of my strengths is I can see the vision and I'm not afraid to dream big. And I'll also laugh at just about anything! Entertainment value is very important to me!" 5️⃣ HOW CAN PEOPLE GET A HOLD OF JACKI? jmayer@beavercreekwetlands.org 🙏Thanks, JACKI, for being a FORCE FOR GOOD!🚀 #forceforgood #coffeewithchampions #personalgrowth #leadershiptraining

Cetaphil sure knows their target audience. The coded ad is a message to their audience: Teens that use their product and adore Taylor Swift. As GenZ would say: The girls that get it, get it. I 👏love👏this! #brand #branding #brandstrategy #awarenesscampaign

The Super Bowl winner is already here. And it was pitched and produced in less than a week. UPDATE as of 2/10 : I have been informed that a talented tiktok creator claims that the Cetaphil Super Bowl story was heavily inspired by content she created with her stepdad, which went viral a few times, some of it going back as early as September. Looking at the content… there are clearly significant similarities. You can see her TikTok via the link at the end of this comment so you can see by yourself and support. Legally, not sure what this means to be honest, all brands and agencies take inspiration from what they see in the real and online world, but when the story is so specific, special and elaborate, ethically, IF this was really the inspiration and the creative team decided to « copy » it, it’s surprising they did not get endorsement or approval from the talent. It could have been even stronger by having the actual duo that started it all in the spot. https://lnkd.in/gJ5tudp4
