Yes, and remember when you lead with your heart it doesn't always stay true to the company policies and handbook. For example, when you do a favor for an associate to let them come in late, leave early, work a different job for a day or trade days due to circumstances going on in there life. The company policies and handbook says create a CA or say no. With that said is the HR or higher Management behind you when you decide to lead with your heart? If not you just added problems for yourself. Just saying..... Been there.....
