Integrity is not perfection! Integrity will allow you to put your pride aside, admit when you make mistakes, and acknowledge that you need to develop certain aspects of your leadership skill set! The desire for perfection may cause you to ignore obvious flaws that diminish your ability to effectively lead and compromise your impact as a leader!

Okay, so I have to be controversial on this one... everything inside of me wants to agree with this headline, but when I look at many of today's national leaders and politicians, I have to ask myself how is it that so many of them manage to get themselves into (and stay in) positions of almost supreme power despite their track records showing very much the antithesis of integrity! 🤔 Has anybody out there got a good answer for this?

True. It's come to being authentic meaning harmony between what one think, says and do. Also being vulnerable but not in terms of integrity. Leaders should be true to their self cause how can you lead someone if you can't lead yourself?
