Go where you’re celebrated, not where you’re tolerated.

It is natural to have gaps in from effort time to time. Sometimes calling out positive action that doesn't produce measurable results are still worth praising. I focus a tremendous amount of my energy (maybe too much) on employee morale, but I just feel like in the long run, I can change all the lives around me in a positive way by doing so.

You shouldn’t be always looking for praise, reward and attention. But, sometimes, organizations don’t know what they have (had) til it’s gone.

I cannot agree more. It is good for your mental health to work in an environment where you are seen to be making a difference and are appreciated for it. You are not a tree ... you can leave ...

Worst feeling. Know your value and be confident on what you bring to the table. Don’t allow anyone to make you question your worth. It’s their issue not yours.

In life, you must seek out those who value your hard work and dedication. Surround yourself with individuals who recognize and appreciate the effort you put in. Don't waste your time on those who will never be satisfied, no matter how much you give. Keep pushing forward, keep striving for excellence, and align yourself with those who will lift you up, not drag you down. Stay focused, stay relentless. You shouldn’t be always looking for praise, reward and attention. But, sometimes, organizations don’t know what they have (had) til it’s gone. Pay them enough to make them stay Treat them well enough that they don't want to leave.

…never satisfied or simply don‘t have a clue 😉

Sometimes just the message that your looking and have options makes the organization appreciate your value.
