JSB Partners has recently been hired on an exclusive basis by the boutique BDC arm of a top Multi-Strategy Credit focused investment firm with 30B+ AUM total that due to rapid growth seeks to hire an Assistant Controller to be responsible for various aspects of accounting, liquidity, financial reporting, and investment portfolio analysis for their direct lending investment portfolio.    This role will be part of a 5-person finance team that all report directly to the CFO.    The culture of this firm is great as the group is led by a young CFO who acts as player/coach and will make for an excellent mentor.     Qualifications include 5 + years of BDC or Private Credit accounting and reporting experience and ideally a CPA.
