We've been remote-first since day one. And it’s been amazing for our company. We have 134 team members spread across 18 countries. Our secret to make it all work? Regular team offsites We recently hosted our leadership team in Miami to align on not only this year’s goals but reaffirm our 10 year vision. We have fun socializing and getting to know each other in person. This bonding is important, especially for a fully remote company like Launch Potato. But our offsites are about much more than that. When we come together, we’re focused on deep diving into our goals, vision, and the path forward. It's not about choosing between remote work or returning to the office.
