There are many short coming in the cannabis industry compared to traditional food manufacturing. While it’s been great to see cannabis companies adopt GMP policies, I wonder how effective these measures actually are. Is anyone monitoring GMP compliance in cannabis production? Does being GMP certified in the cannabis space actually mean anything? Trulieve says they are “cGMP certified”. However Kim Rivers can be seen improperly wearing a hairnet throughout this video. It’s hard to trust that Trulieve is producing a clean product when the company chooses to showcase a video of their CEO wearing a hairnet ineffectivly while in a production area. Any thoughts on GMP compliance in the cannabis space?
We are grateful for CEO Kim Rivers’ inspiring visit to our Camp Verde grow in Arizona 💚🌿 Together, we're cultivating greatness. #TrulieveGrows

Be a Bison… but Why ❓ ❓ ❓ I was in an art gallery in Asheville NC this last week when I was introduced to a photo and a story that was too good not to take a moment to reflect upon. The American Bison, a powerful symbol of our nation's history… a wild spirit of the American West who offers a valuable lesson in #resilience & #courage. We know the Bison, but do we know the Bison? We might not have paid attention but the Bison’s revered image graces western culture, art, and official artifacts across North America… a testament to its cultural & spiritual significance. One striking aspect of the Bison is its bold response to impending storms. Unlike cows, which tend to huddle or flee inclement weather, the Bison faces the storm head-on, directly charging into it. This proactive approach minimizes its exposure to the storm's wrath. Meanwhile, cows often bear the storm's full brunt due to their choice of retreat. This stark difference in behavior between the free-roaming Bison and the domesticated cow serves as a metaphor for confronting life's challenges. When faced with adversity, many of us may hesitate or shy away, making "mountains out of molehills" due to procrastination or fear. Yet, the Bison's fearless charge reminds us that confronting problems directly often reveals them to be less daunting than we initially thought. The next time you find yourself at a crossroad facing a storm of challenge, tell yourself: “I am a Bison, I’m taking charge.” Don’t fear… don’t avoid… or don’t hope it will just go away… BE Bold, BE Limitless, and BE MAGNUS! 💪 #peakperformance #wellbeing P.S. - if you like the content you read in our posts... you will love the journey from Great to MAGNUS through our 11 domains of peak-performance & wellness all the while charting your team's progress through data-analytics. #Leadership is more than #savingtime, #earningmoney, creating #product, #managingteams, increasing #output. It's also about #values, #personalgrowth, and big picture thinking. 🌟🎨I've been collaborating with #artist and #indigenous community leader Sam Bighetty for many years. Together, we offer these traditional teachings to you in the hopes that they will guide and improve your leadership, as they also deepen your understanding of #Canada and the land and peoples upon which it is built. 7️⃣ The Seven Sacred Teachings are guiding principles for life, love, and leadership that are the bedrock of many indigenous cultures across the plains of Turtle Island (North America). These teachings are passed down orally, through the generations, with minute variations according to the land, animals, and culture that contextualize them. Indigenous culture is inseparable from the land; water is clear, animals are abundant, and soil and harvests are healthy. The contemporary world has led us astray from honouring this fundamental principle of unity. Increasingly, The Seven Sacred Teachings are helping people throughout Canada understand better what this land is and who we are - as individuals, and as distinct cultures, and as beings amongst all species who share - and steward - Turtle Island. There are seven main animal totems who guide us. A totem is an essence or spirit of a thing that endures through generations. 👪We - are "humankind". On Turtle Island also live the rest of the Creator's Family. We are to steward one another equally, and find wisdom in these teachings: 🐢Grandmother Turtle = #Truth Turtle Island is the land; the land is the truth 🦬Grandfather Buffalo = #Respect Life is sustained by the Buffalo; life is respected 🐻Mother Bear = #Courage The young are nurtured; protection is courage 🐺Father Wolf = #Humility All under his care are first; humility is leadership 🦫Brother Beaver = #Wisdom Building community takes work; with industry comes wisdom ✨ Sister Sabe / Sasquatch = #Honesty The invisible is made visible; for oneself and others - honesty 🦅Spirit Eagle = #Love Omniscient and majestic; closest to The Creator. What is your totem? What teaching you can give? What can you receive? How can we live in better harmony - people, cultures, and animals - with Grandmother Turtle? The #Truth must be spoken. Have you ears?
