Manager, Philanthropy

Philanthropy isn’t a job, for me, it has always been my mission, passion, and purpose.  I have been fortunate to be a part of organizations that have impacted me personally, which makes the work effortless.  The past two months have flown by. Because I have been more committed to living in the moment, this post was “postponed”. I recently discovered LaShonda means “God is Gracious”.  My life and career trajectory are a testament to His Grace. I am thrilled to share, that I joined the Memorial Hermann Foundation Center for Philanthropy team on May 13th.  Working with dynamic healthcare development professionals is amazing. Because I know from experience; the power of quality healthcare, I am excited about securing funding to support advancing health and personalizing care.
