Don't have a drone (or even a project) to capture an aerial view? 🚁 Well, you might not need either anymore! Using a combination of Leonardo.Ai and Runway, I was able to (1) generate an aerial image, and (2) add motion to that image. I found this solution works best if you keep things simple, though. I tried to generate a similar output for a building with cars and people passing by out front but the results were...odd, to say the least 😅 What do you think? My participation in the "Space Architecture & Design" course, led by renowned experts Barbara Imhof and \René Waclavicek\ of LIQUIFER Systems Group GmbH and hosted by the Titan | Disruptive Innovation Center🇨🇭, has been an exceptional experience. This training provided a unique opportunity to delve into the complexities of architectural design for space environments, with a particular focus on zero-gravity design for Lunar and Martian habitats, as well as the crucial aspect of habitability in space stations. The design process for Lunar and Martian environments has required addressing extraordinary challenges, including the absence of atmosphere, extreme temperature variations, and exposure to cosmic radiation. Developing solutions that ensure resilience and sustainability in these extreme conditions represents a frontier of architectural innovation. Furthermore, the investigation into habitability in space stations has been highly intriguing: operating in a zero-gravity environment presents unique challenges related to human well-being, resource management, and long-term sustainability. Designing space stations that enhance astronaut comfort and support their missions plays a crucial role in the field of space architecture. The concepts of efficiency, sustainability, and visionary design can be applied both in space and on Earth, contributing to a more resilient and sustainable future.
