Kate has worked on educational programmes and served as President of Young Engineers, the National STEM Careers Coordinator for the Department of Children, Schools and Families, a patron of WISE and achieved the Women of Outstanding Achievement Award by the UK Research Council. Kate continues encouraging women and young people to work in technology, science and engineering while working on STEM education.
