Vantage South End is designed to be experienced from the ground level and rooftop terraces. To avoid visual disruption to the plaza and streetscape, we coordinated with the City of Charlotte and various utility providers to bury all utilities underground.

When the pedestrian experience is the top priority, the design accommodates users of all ages and abilities. At Long Creek Greenway, we opted for a 12-foot wide, multi-use path to ensure the greenway is accessible by stroller, wheelchair, and bicycle. #LDProjects
