Here I show the Tibetan Rites - the 5 exercises that helps build core strength, balance and alignment of the Chakras. For the first timers - be mindful and careful (have someone nearby when doing the twirling) - start with 3 reps each and build up to 21 reps over a period of 7 weeks and continue on 2-3 times a week for maintenance.
