Sales in the moving industry isn't your typical sales job. It's a rollercoaster ride that gets real personal real quick...... Veterans in the game understand it's not just about booking moves—it's about connecting with folks on a real level. We're not just salespeople; we're a shoulder-to-lean-on. Whether someone is starting a new chapter with a baby on the way and keys to their first home or they're going through a nasty divorce. From bittersweet farewells as kids fly the nest to someone simply needing a change. At the same time, we're in sales. We hustle hard. We tackle objections head-on with an old-school persistence while not crossing the line of being pushy. It's about proving our worth, building trust, and making sure folks feel solid about their move. Every moving company's got its own style, its own story. So, what's yours? What's the down-to-earth touch that makes clients stick with you through thick and thin? Let's swap some stories.

Owner Colorado Family Roofing. Unapologetically pro freedom, limited government, small business and customer centric business principles.
I’m looking to add one more sales rep to my team. No need to get on roofs. Make a 100k+ plus truck and stipend. What you need: 1) Work ethic. Yes you need to go door to door or find another way to self generate leads. Hot leads are also given. 2) Grit. 3) Top 1% mentality. My team is exclusive and being that I only need one more rep, I’m pretty picky. You need to be a top 1% work ethic, tenacity, grit, salesmanship. All my friends in sales. This is what opportunity knocking sounds like, she doesn’t come along very often. DM me.

There are so many theories and checklists about what you need to do to be successful in sales. A lot of it is noisy and overcomplicated. Give me someone who is: - A genuine person that people like - Works hard - Self-aware and constantly striving for growth I'll hire that person every single time and bet on their success in a sales role.

🚨Hiring Alert: Join Jarvisden IT Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Sales Head! 🚀 Hello, sales superstar! 👋 Forget the usual job post jargon. You know how everyone's always harping on about "years of experience" this and "proven track record" that? Well, we're not about that life. Here's what we really care about: Can you get your point across without sounding like a walking PowerPoint? We need someone who talks to people like... well, people. Are you a mind-reader in disguise? Okay, not really, but can you figure out what the team and clients actually need, not just what they say they want? And please, be precise. We're not looking for someone who treats sales like a grocery list. We want someone who lives and breathes it. If you're nodding along thinking, "Heck yeah, that's me!" then we should chat. Ready to shake things up at Jarvisden? Show us what you've got!

Wanna hire great salespeople? All of them want to see in a job description: - Base - Commission - Past Clients - Company Growth - Sales Tech Stack Put these 5 things in, and watch the applications flood in. Works much better than trying to describe how you want ambitious quota achievers and superstars. Actions speak louder than words.

The best salespeople I know are HUNTERS. They, by trade love to build accounts, capture new logos, and own the sales process from concept to completion. However, I have seen where great sales HUNTERs go bad or stale. You have to keep them motivated and let them stay out of the metaphorical cage of sales complacency. This complacency usually happens when the HUNTER is forced into becoming a farmer, and it occurs as a result of the HUNTER's success of closing new accounts. Those new accounts become OLD accounts to the HUNTER. They want to do more, yet are trapped with upselling the accounts they closed. There is a reason for the growth of the customer success manager role. It is a post-sales role meant to keep the HUNTER doing what they do best. And that is OPEN and CLOSE new accounts! "You either die a sales hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the customer success manager." ~ Chad Barbir (adapted from Harvey Dent quote in "The Dark Knight") #sales #hunters #salesexcellence
