Sending off the year with secret Santa! It is that time of the year to be joyful and look forward to the holidays. Year-end fatigue can kick in but what's more fun than ending it off with a bang? Secret Santa is a great initiative in the workplace. Who would have known that you could know your colleagues with just a simple gift? Understanding work life balance is also being open to connect with your colleagues and make work more adjustable and productive. This includes improving communication, learning individuals' behavior and laying groundwork for professional relationships. It’s that time of year when it’s dark in the morning before work and dark after 5pm when you finish. However, I am lucky enough to work for a company who is committed to the wellbeing of employees and allows you to take an hour during the day to do whatever you might need to do.
