In preparation for the launch of their new product, our client embarked on a journey to decode the dialogue between patients and healthcare providers (HCPs) regarding dermatologic conditions. Their mission was twofold: to decipher the language used and to bridge any gaps in communication effectively. Leveraging inVibe's Constructed Communication solution, the client conducted a comprehensive voice-powered research study. In the initial phase, patients and HCPs engaged in automated phone interviews, offering candid insights into their experiences with dermatologic conditions. Building on this foundation, the study entered an interactive phase, where patients responded to HCP voices, and vice versa, creating a dynamic exchange that mirrored real-life communication scenarios. The analysis phase was where the true depth of understanding emerged. inVibe's analysts meticulously processed responses, extracting valuable insights into content, language, and emotion.  These insights led to actionable recommendations, such as encouraging open discussions during diagnosis and refining treatment approaches to better meet patient needs.
