"Stakeholder management" What it actually means: Getting absolutely annoyed with poles apart request from stakeholders and then somehow managing to design something everyone approves
Couldn’t agree more on user personas. Many times there is no ideal user that even fits the fictional character you have created. People are more complex than the characters we try to fit them into.
