Ah this is good news, I’m only 42! HBR research tell us the average age of a successful start-up Founder is 45. A reminder >>>  Entrepreneurship is for all ages //  30’s 40’s 50’s, it doesn’t matter. And >>> EXPERIENCE counts and is proven to be a determining factor of success. I work with early stage start-up Founders every week, and the raw amount of brain power and energy it takes to create something new is astounding. The process is full of reward and learning. Building a business and creating something new isn’t easy but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. ▪ It can be stressful ▪ Financially it could be a risk (leaving your secure job or not getting funding) ▪ You have to make some sacrifices - if you have a family then trying to juggle family life, building a business and having a social life might not work in the early phases. But the upside >>> ▪ It is the ultimate creative process  ▪ You are forced to learn new things everyday ▪ You have to get good at making decisions ▪ Building a team brings together like minded people and connections for life ▪ It’s exciting, uncertain, challenging - who wants a boring life! So if you have an idea for a business, and you think it’s a young person's game, think again 🧠 Go ahead and start.
