By getting to know the person we are interviewing, we can determine if we, as bosses, can provide what that person expects. It's pointless to hire someone who expects something you know you'll never be able to give

During my interviewing process, one of the consistent statements the interviewer makes is, "If you have any other questions, please reach out and ask me." Has anyone ever done this? Have you actually emailed them back with more questions? If so, what happened? Would love to hear your experience!

Looking for some tips on interviewing? Here are my top three things that you need to be successful. Yes, there could potentially be more, but this is just the top three. 1) Don’t over share. It is really easy to ramble. When someone asks for you to tell them about yourself, the answer shouldn’t last longer than 30 seconds. 2) Know why you want to work there and what you bring to the table. 3) Show a professional level of enthusiasm for the role and the company. Post below what you think and what other tips you want to share!

The process doesn't always have a positive outcome 👎 Sometimes you do everything right, you nail the interview, have all the relevant experience, connect with the hiring manager personally, but still don't get the job. 🙃 That's why we should embody the process over the outcome. At some point the outcome is out of your control. You do everything you can to prepare and then, you leave it in the hands of God. No one succeeds 100% of the time. Some of the greatest figures from history were defined by how they overcame failure. No reason that you can't be the same.
