Thank you for the invitation from Goldman Sachs to invite our President and Chief Financial Officer Christopher Y. to attend the Asia Financial Technology Conference. Glad to learn more about the new perspectives from the leaders and let's stay tuned for how #KPay would bring innovation to the fintech world.

I was honored to be invited to speak at Goldman Sachs Asia Financial Technology Conference on the "Development of New Payment Models to Power Growth". Thank you Jason Leung for the invite, our moderator Kelly Galanis with leading the discussion, and my fellow panelists Tessa W. (Xendit) Diptendu Mitra (Mastercard) Neil NI (XTransfer) for sharing your perspective on this topic. This event allowed for intimate conversations and idea exchanges amongst regional fintech entrepreneurs, financiers, and enthusiasts. We, at KPay Merchant Service, look forward to continuing to be a thought leader in our sector, and a product leader by providing a simple, seamless, smart, and secure experience for our merchants through our all-in-one integrated financial and operational management platform. I missed a few of the sessions, but of the ones I was able to attend, my main takeaways were: (1) AI's impact: this was a common question asked by all panel moderators. Responses across all panelists focused on using AI to find operational efficiencies and customized customer service. In addition to these areas, at KPay, we have started mapping out how AI tools can further enhance our KYB and risk underwriting and transaction monitoring, which will have direct top-line impact to our business. (2) Note to founders/operators: be nice to people. If you are looking to raise money or sell your business, the party who is looking to invest or acquire you needs to like you. Don't be arrogant, cocky, and have your ego checked at the door. (3) Crypto adoption on main street: we are not at that inflection point yet, whereby merchants are asking for this. (4) Open banking / bi-lateral API integration with licensed banks: surprisingly was not a big topic covered. For us at KPay Merchant Service, this structural trend in Asia is one of the things we are most excited about. Stay tuned for more to come in this area 😉 #KPay #KPayThought Davis Chan Daniel Cheung Martin Xie Richard Wong
