If you see staining like this, it could be from excess condensation 💧in your attic or a roof leak that is penetrating into the attic. This is currently a minor condition at today's inspection 🧐 but assessment of roof condition, ventilation, & the vapor barrier by a qualified professional is recommended before the problem worsens.

There are definitely warning signs, such as cracks, dampness, water stains, or water dripping, before your ceiling collapses. Don't ignore them! However, it may or may not be a roof leak. These symptoms may also be caused by condensation on your air conditioning ducts. We recently visited a homeowner that had been told she would need her roof repaired. We did our typical thorough inspection and determined that it was indeed an air conditioning duct issue. If you've observed any of the symptoms mentioned above, please contact City Roofing at 305-248-2994 for a free inspection and estimate. City Roofing Installing Peace of Mind
