It was a pleasure to serve as a guest speaker at a Responsible AI dinner last night, hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The evening touched on many of the challenging aspects of deploying artificial intelligence responsibility, especially given the heightened focus that Generative AI has brought over the last 18 months. It was also awesome to spend time with Beth Worrall and Donna Forlin from the National AI Centre Slalom, who provided a great perspective on the government's efforts in this space whilst also sharing details on the forthcoming voluntary AI Safety Standard.
