Today, our Corporate Office employees took a moment to celebrate Marshall Irving, our Non Foods Coordinator. Marshall is celebrating his 50th year working for King Kullen. Marshall is a loyal and dedicated employee who has worked in a variety of roles and departments during his tenure with the Company. Marshall will always help any member of our team as well as our customers, and he's never without a smile or a kind word. We recently partnered with WALK 97.5 to help collect over 20,000 pounds of food for Long Island Cares, Inc | The Harry Chapin Food Bank, so they can help feed Long Island's hungry. We recently donated cans of food to the Canstruction Long Island, Inc. Design/Build Competition which works to fight hunger on Long Island. We are amazed by the "Give Me Your Hunger" design built by the Rosenbaum Design Group, using cans donated by us and others.
