Slowly working on articulating who I am & what I do for the LinkedIn space, but one part of that is food! Food is medicine. Community is also medicine. This BLEW my mind. 🧠 That top number in the table is how efficient eating food is to create usable energy for humans compared to the theoretical limit of the energy contained within that food… WHAT?! This is why dipping into different fields of knowledge is so valuable. Im currently reading Max Tegmark’s Life 3.0 and even having yet to finish it I highly recommend it.
