International Women's Day is a time to celebrate progress (and if you're just looking at the femtech space -- so much to be proud of) AND take action in our communities. As Janet says, "What have you done for me lately?" Women's History Month and #iwd2024 is for everyone. More equity and fairness in our communities and workspaces benefit everyone, regardless of gender. Take a moment to reflect: 💎 What's one moment where you saw someone supporting a woman? How can you bring more of that into your life? 💎What's one thing you can commit to this year to help a woman as an ally/mentor/co-conspirator? Small actions and changes in our hyper-local communities or teams can sometimes be more impactful than laws passed or speeches performed on a global stage. And reminder, big impact can come from small actions: Sometimes your CTA can be as simple as speaking up for a woman in your life when she's not in the room or sending recognition/praise. Go forth and make Janet (and all the other humans in your life) proud. Bonus Points if you can do it with shoulder pads.
