Business is driven by relationships and partnerships… together we can get so much further! A couple weeks ago I was able to spend some time with key business leaders of Cisco. During those days, I spent some time with Luxy Thuraisingam and 🏙Ian Thompson. What I love about both Luxy & Ian is that our conversations were all about how can we partner and support each other more…what do we need to improve…what can we lean in on…how can we fuel growth TOGETHER!! Often times (and I have been on the large corporate side of the business) we only think about OUR goals and not the goals of our partners…and it only goes so far cause it doesn’t have true mutual interest. But not with these two…we have so many great things in the works…and we at Byteworks are so appreciative!
