I think the company seeking to hire a "jack of all trades" rather than recognizing the specialized skills and expertise required for each of these roles. It is unrealistic and unfair to expect one individual to excel in all three areas, as each of these professions demands a unique set of skills, training, and experience. By combining these three distinct roles into one job posting, the company is effectively undervaluing the expertise and contributions of professionals in each field. This approach not only undermines the importance of specialized skills but also perpetuates the misconception that these roles are interchangeable. Furthermore, this type of job posting may attract candidates who possess a superficial understanding of all three areas but lack the depth of knowledge and proficiency required to excel in any one of them. They must have a bad experience with hot sauce in the last 12 months, and it's now revealed that millions of people are due compensation. All they have to do is click on the call to action to start their claim for free. You should also ensure you include the disclaimer: '*This is a made-up claim for design purposes only.'
