Fantastic night at NAIOP Colorado’s Awards of Achievement event! 🏆Above having an all-around good time, we are so honored that our Riot House project won the Retail Development of the Year award! We couldn’t have done it without the collaboration of our project partners, Riot Hospitality Group, CIRCLE WEST ARCHITECTS, Jaco General Contractor, Inc. and all involved in bringing this project to life. Since 2011, Monfort has been dedicated to transforming Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood into a world-class entertainment district, and Riot House has been a shining example of that commitment. And beyond enhancing the vitality of the neighborhood, this aligns with our greater vision for Denver: to support safety goals, strengthen neighborhood connections and contribute to the city’s economic impact and vibrancy. Thank you NAIOP for recognizing our commitment and hard work, we’re excited to continue contributing to the growth and vibrancy of Denver. What an honor it was to support Food For Thought Denver through the Mile High Five Foundation and our annual MMAyhem event. The work they do in creating stability for our youngsters is incredible. We are lucky to have them in our community!
