Mind Your Mind is a tool that you can use over and over, same instruction, different emotion or belief to investigate in a kind way and declutter the inbox that is your subconscious mind.
Even when you have put things into folders or boxes never to be looked at again, these instructions bypass the who, why and what happened and instruct your subconscious mind to ditch what you choose can now go.
