Here are my takeaways: There has been a shift in the narrative: The "return to office" conversation is over; we are back, and now we all just need to do better by our people. There has been a shift in priorities: We've transitioned from focusing solely on real estate metrics to prioritizing people metrics in office design. The emphasis is people. Companies are focused on attracting and retaining top talent by providing environments that facilitate high performance.
