When time is on your side, so is your best life: Being in control of your time goes beyond merely filling every hour with tasks. It's about ensuring each moment has purpose and impact. Adopting proven strategies can: ➥ Sharpen your focus ➥ Boost your efficiency ➥ Revolutionize your daily routine Allow these trusted techniques to be your compass. You'll not only enhance your work efficiency. But also improve your overall life quality. Which method resonates with you the most? 1. Pomodoro Technique • Work for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break. • Take a longer break after four "pomodoros." 2. Eisenhower Matrix • Categorize tasks based on urgency and importance. 3. ABCDE Method • Assign grades (A to E) to tasks based on priority. • With A being the most important. 4. 3-3-3 Method • Tackle daily tasks in three categories: • 3 work, 3 personal, 3 health - completing all within a day. 5. 2 Minute Rule • If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it now. 6. 80/20 Method • Focus on the 20% that contributes to 80% of results. 7. Eat The Frog • Start your day with the most challenging task. 8. Getting Things Done (GTD) • Capture all tasks, organize them by category and priority. • Then review regularly to update or delegate tasks. 9. Kanban Board • Use a visual board to track tasks in columns. • To Do, Doing, Done to visualize workflow and progress. 10. MSCW Method • Prioritize tasks as Must, Should, Could, and Would • Based on importance and deadlines. 11. Warren Buffett 5/25 Rule • List 25 goals and focus only on the top 5. • Avoid the remaining 20 at all costs until top 5 are done. 12. Task Batching • Group similar tasks together and perform sequentially. 13. Time Blocking • Allocate specific time blocks to tasks throughout the day. 14. 1-3-5 Method • Plan daily with 1 big task, 3 medium tasks, 5 small tasks. 15.
