That’s Collectomat: IKEA Belgium’s first automated vending machine that changes the way customers pick up their online orders, now available at IKEA Zaventem! Thanks to its height it can store up to 68 trolleys filled with orders, which customers can pick up whenever they want with a simple PIN code. Why is this much more than a neat innovation ? At IKEA, we understand that not everyone can pick up their order during standard opening hours. With Collectomat, you can now retrieve your order from early morning until late at night, without even needing to go through the store!
